I want you to be free

I am in love with this picture.

I was listening to Movies and this lyric just touched me. That sounds so cheesy but I don't mean I went and cried like a girl...I just like it kay?
But yeah, an image popped into my head and this is exactly how i wanted it to look. I don't do that often...draw something that is just how I imagined it. So I am happy.

I then decided to try some sort of colouring that I have never done before as I realyl didn't want the picture to look graphicy/flat colour/bold/boring. Totally the wrong feel to this pic.

Thus is born Yvie's Chalkish Brush!!!!!

Its a semi self portrait. The most realistic one I have done. Since I have never draw me with curls, which I godamn obviously have

erm...
the idea behind it, is that I have caught this glowy thing [which was a firefly, but then I gave it big wings xD] and Im setting it free into the night lol
Thinking about it, it relates to how I feel at the moment.
