I don't know of a good artist that hasn't/doesn't feel like that. Being a perfectionist only amplifies such feelings (speaking from experience on this one).

You are very good at what you do. Don't ever doubt that. I have been honored to watch you "grow up" as an artist on DA. Know this... even though the well may dry up on occasion, if you wait, the rains will come again to bring water back to the thirsty mind.

In the meantime, go smile at a flower or find a puddle to splash in. Watch a child and remember your own childlike nature. And above all else, don't take yourself too seriously. Life is way too short for seriousness to rule the day.

you just need to not dwell on it as hard it may seem, ideas and such come at random times especially when you dont expect it or are even thinking about art! and monkeyhouse is right being a perfectionist is a good thing!
you are good artist just remember every artist is different.
